Am all in favour of technology and considering my youngest has diagnosed with Autism & ADHD i am not convinced with a diagnosis from birth / 18 months is plausable.... I would say more like 3 - 4 yrs old is a suitable age, this is when the child is most likely to be coherent and most likely to articulate and express themselves.
