If it's not the immunizations that are causing it then it could be the mothers' poor diets, weight and lifestyle, which I believe are all at epidemic levels. I wouldn't be surprised that more than a quarter of all pregnant mothers are insulin resistant and are causing their foetus to not have the proper ability to get energy into their cells, and this maybe causing development problems of the foetus' brain.
