I cannot believe that after 2 months CNX came up with this strategic review.

Where are the potential investors? They have not even mentioned if they are already in talks with any investor for a joint partnership. They mentioned offshore expansion as one line but what does that mean and how are they planning to do the overseas expansion? Events, sponsorship ??

I am actually very disappointed with CNX and I seriously believe that this company is full of incompetent management.

They have not given action steps for any point they mentioned not even the next step on regulatory approvals. Is it a wait and see game now or any report submission will be made to regulators to speed up the process? Is this what you call strategic direction?
