I suggest you re read the announcement. They can't ramp up to the 5mw because they don't have certainty in the government approvals. To do so would be a gamble and something they aren't prepared to do. They have however as per the announcemnt proved the 1.5mw and the only reason they are shutting it down is that it's not commercially viable at that size. THEY will however re establish and proceed with the 5mw on certainty and approvals.

To suggest any other crap shows how far your year 10 school leaving certificate has got you. Don't believe me re read it again with ELMO from seaseme street as
