The other point that’s possibly worth mentioning is the timing of the cap raise.
why raise at .003 when you could wait for the whale and possibly get.005.
I guess the difference is that if you are a company with a ‘less than glorious’ track record of looking after your shareholders… a sure sell with a guaranteed return of at least 30% albeit for a bit less money has got to be better than a possibly unsuccessful hard sell at a higher amount.
if that is the case then we should expect further good news imminently .
