why didn't they get the 400k from the UK to prevent having to raise. it was that a an accounting 'mistake'. they went to the effort of getting Bergen out of the way to then screw themselves with a cap raise right before 'the whale'. the news is now already gone to waste and the shareprice will just sit where it was for another few months.
