They are now in a much stronger financial position, with cash to go for another half-year and deals ticking over monthly.

Linius has never had this bargaining power and any institutional investor would need to pay market price if not at a slight premium. It would also be incredible news for shareholders, as it would be further validation that LNU is onto something. Look at when 10cent acquired 5% of Afterpay, share price went up 30% on open.
