agree grumpster...particularly about your point that patterson's have shown such faith in the company they are prepared to fully underwrite the rights issue!!
think about it...they are putting potentially 22 million on the line, which displays considerable confidence they will get their money back and some. it is indeed a godsend as it will allow ctp to progress their drilling campaign regardless of the manipulations and sabotage by the jv partner/s
gives me a degree of confidence also :)
