What is CTPs position? If the drill gets lucky can the JV partners say "woohoo - here's our money we're in now all the way" or is at CTPs discretion whether they get back in or not?
I've run my own businesses for years & I only let the tail wag the dog once - never again. I'm concerned this is happening with CTP
