Cairn are looking at divesting its WI for so it makes sense that they would be looking to add barrels. That forgotten elephant (FAN) will do just that and maximise any sale price for Cairn.
So, why wouldn’t the JV look to exploit 2017 drill rates for a new generation drill ship with impeccable drilling production record and safety record in a most difficult location?
