Yes, Africa has a corruption problem and I have no doubt a few dollars normally greases palms of Govt officials just to make sure they actually do their jobs (not to necessarily change their decisions) but I can't see them genuinely screwing over a drill that is booked to happen for a brand new arbitration case with the ICC.
I feel this has more to do with Erin's 20% which is up for grabs. More likely some negotiations in process to share that 20%
Not feeling those alarm bells (not like my SDL holding which I got out with my initial investment intact - those bells were ringing clear and strong)
