The answer was well considered as it took a couple of days to come back. Looks like it is just a slow government process based on my question to FAR, viz.
"Following the Quarterly Report I was expecting some information on the Samo preparations to be released.
Are you able to confirm that procedural preparations by FAR for the drilling are proceeding as expected, and that Erin's Chapter 7 bankruptcy is not affecting the Gambia Government's transfer of registration of the 80% of A2 & A5 leases to FAR and Petronas? Are Erin likely to continue with their interest in the remaining 20% of the lease?"
