Molinia (Bartolo is his middle name) is ex Aberfoyle where with Mike Eager (Now director of Oxiana), they started Hellyer and other projects for Aberfoyle. A lot of staff are also ex Aberfoyle and have worked together before. This gives me confidence in the operation because I have seen these people on previous projects that made me money :)
Molinia has lots of hands experience with development of small and large projects.
Taylor of Cambrian I do not know much about.
The plant is currently being revamped I believe. I have no idea on completion times although I would have thought before July? From what I have heard they are using gravity separation (Knelson concentrator and spiral classifiers) and also some flotation as well. Treating around 300 tonne a day should allow them good control over processing quality.
The general manager ran the Hillgrove gold antimony mine for quite a while also, so gold antimony is in his blood:)
I reckon 2006 will be a good year for AGD.
