I attended the Perth roadshow last Friday and found it very informative and eye opening.
Something that I picked up from listening to Grant is that he has a very extensive team and list of contacts around him, and he delegates efficiently to ensure that people with the best skill set for the job are performing them. This would be key for TNG at this stage of the project and hence why I believe that Grant will make such an immediate and valuable change for the company. Having him as the Chairman will provide structure and clear objectives going forwards IMO.
I will be voting in favour of the proposed change.
