I think CEO's having skin in the game is probably relevant when you're talking about income producing companies as obviously they would know how much product/services are being sold etc.

As far as spruiking the company goes. Well that's what CEO's of, especially non producing would be if they could be junior miners, are s'pose to do. Don't think they or their company would last long if they said to shareholders come back in 10 years when we're close to getting there!!

I still see 2016 when the Chinese directors left as a point of direction change for TNG, away from China towards Europe, both for finance and offtakes.
