Paul Burton became Managing Director of TNG in August 2008. Anyone can take a look at the chart and see from his 14 years in management of this company, the share price is pretty close to a flat line...very little change. 14years !!!
I believe that there is a saying something along the lines of " insanity is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different result."
Voting to keep present management fits that saying to a tee IMO.
I will be voting for change. It's time.
