imo in general it is good buying below $1. If you want to buy near the bottom. Good luck to those that can choose the exact point of the curve before the sp goes up. I think that unless the commodoty market collapses, that Fox is on track back to $2 very shortly. That is based on Reserves and their exploration ground. I hear that the ground they have is very good. A short time will tell.
