Mental health is a genuine issue these days. It has always existed but we used to just cover it up and not deal with it. Consequently we had generations of people that struggled with it.

Looking back the grownups amongst us can now see how people used to struggle and were told to " just get over it ".

Possibly not the best advice with the benefit of hindsight.

Exercise is well known as one way to help lesson the impact of mental health issues.
