Caroline is a professional engineer and industry-leading expert in ion exchange and direct lithium extraction with over 20 years of experience working with produced water and brines in Alberta. She has designed, operated, and optimized industrial water treatment systems on both the pilot and commercial scale to drive exceptional performance. She held progressively senior roles delivering innovative water treatment facility design and operation while minimizing capital and operating costs for Cenovus, Laracina, Murphy Oil and Chevron.
Caroline holds degrees with distinction in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
