Craig Brown Chemionex Inc. Biography
Craig was a principal of Eco-Tec Inc. for over thirty years, where he developed Recoflo, a novel ion exchange platform. Recoflo has been utilized for metal recovery and purification in thousands of installations worldwide. He formed Chemionex in 2005, where he continued developing and commercializing various ion exchange and adsorption processes.
Craig is the LiSTR DLE process inventor, which Standard Lithium has demonstrated on the Smackover brine for the past several years. Most recently, he developed the LIONEX DLE process, successfully piloted at Century Lithium. In 2022, LIONEX was licensed to Koch Technology Solutions, which has rebranded it as Li-ProTM and is now marketing it worldwide to the lithium industry.
