A judge has ordered two broking firms to hand over Blue Sky trading records from the lead up to the short attack in March 2018 that led to Blue Sky investments entering administration a year later. The class action is seeking $445 million in reparations.
Hopefully something comes of this and it is well publicised as a warning.
