Of course there is that but on the back end of the largest holder selling into a spike on the back of expected sales that never happened I am surprised at least a few are wondering if they knew something the wider market didn't. Its not like the chairman is a fan of the continuous disclosure rules now is it, in fact he is on the record to the contrary.
