What a crook! Anyone care to guess how he engineered the bankruptcy? Assets in his wife's name? Offshore bank? Platinum AmEx card based on a Cayman Islands bank?

Meanwhile, the rest of us will have to resign ourselves to losing all that we had invested in there, I guess. I suspect that it will be unceremoniously dumped when (if) relisted.

What a pity - although not ALL the blame can be levelled at Ferrone - it was the underlying financial troubles that only came to light when investigating the Ferrone "loan" that are the root cause of the company's failure.

I have an ominous feeling that AWS will either never get relisted and just go to the wall, or else it will relist, then crash.
