In my opinion , you cannot include the give back in the SP from 21.0 to the 11.5 cent pre-raise closing price , because it was purely based on hype and exuberance anymore than you can say the fall from 11.5 to 7.5 was anything more or less to do with than which any of the other Fintech BNPL players gave back in the same time frame.

And yes there was a Capital Raising for better or worse , or bad luck or otherwise right smack in the middle of this time frame. But the reality is it had nothing to do with the similar falls to 7.5 as seen and mirrored by ALL the others.

And even new entrants to the market will or should realize and see this phenomenon on synchronized market trends. The facts are , we have a pending acquisition / merger on the near horizon which for all intensive purposes should reflect an increased value to the business model as a whole.... In addition to this , we have a a whole lot of positives surrounding composition of shares and options holdings which will underpin any required shareholders vote and outcome Coinciding with this as well , is the equally important swag of Directors convertible options with various pending prices and expiry's including those 6.3 million which just happen to have the strike price of 8.2 cents.

So there are a lot of positive issues circulating both the Company as well as the Share Register , and which have also become evident made clearer by some of the recent reaffirming comments made directly by the Managing Director and Non executive Director of the Company in various presentations and public statements.

If these subtle innuendos aren't ringing loudly in your ears, then I reckon there is not much hope for you in terms of understanding what is really going on here.
