Yes, quite pointless reporting it's inane DR spam it seems, as it would've been banned along time ago if HC cared about spammy downrampers with the multitude of reports this one poster would be getting. Every time I hint to others about ignoring 'it' my post gets moderated. Starting to get very off-putting here due to HC moderation in all the wrong places.
COU says ramping a stock is bad, but downramping doesn't get a mention - therefore is okay. Hmmm..
