Incorrect, I’m sure the figure is 2000 transaction gateways installed and licensed with over 15,000 end point clients (significance of end point is obvious given familiarisation and conversion rather than churn stats increase significantly in favour).

The 3000 number you reference is not relative here - this was stated in another ann eluding to revenue. This number will not be close to correct anymore.

You answered your own questions here re company listing and why the acquisition of Pty Ltd x is likely structured in a certain manner. Gives Cirralto the ability to claim R&D (this is actually stated in Ann too). Makes sense doesn’t it? Of course it does. Check legal why - which I’m sure will be detailed in acquisition ann.
