You need to do some learnings regarding a "merger" whereby the same owner/founder/director is involved
So if AF stays as CEO of CRO and Director of APPstab knowing they will stay as seperate entities you'll be fine with that?
Past precedence shows this is never a good idea. Also CRO will have to make sure AF doesn't have "other" entities in the background as my research shows APPstab to have more than one similar company name surrounding it
