I struggle to fathom how this stock is sitting above a dollar.

It's own bank effectively has rights to 13% of the company for a measly, 1 cent a share of option through the issue of warrants, it will require a cap raise in the short term, which will most likely be heavily discounted given the volatility of the of trading conditions recently.

Given the inability of management to see the massive gaps in their power projects, one has to wonder if the issue is more widespread.

I guess we'll see how it plays out in the coming months.
