Let's remember a few months ago, right before the first 'final' resource aka the interim resource announcement, when the share price was over $3. There were a lot of sellers, and a lot of people saying 'What kind of fool would sell now??' - yet here we are with a significantly progressed project and a share price approximately 50% of 6 months ago.

Long term the price will be nice but short term only a fool would predict a sharp rise. In these market conditions? I don't even think 200 million lbs would get BMN back over $3 within the next few months.
