You haven't factored in Operating costs into those calculations.
you're also assuming that because LYC will be the only non-china company next year then they must be producing all the non-china Rare earth elements (you say 66,000).
this is misleading. LYC isn't going to be producing even a third of that number for several years.
there is no way that LYC can get to $9/share by 2012 unless China shuts down REE exports entirely and LYC does a share price consolidation.
