The market is being irrational in my opinion because there is a much greater fear of companies like MGX being able to fund diversification through aquisitions and exploration.
There is no doubt that MGX is well undervalued at face value, but is it fairly priced for a medium to longer term view ?
My calculations show that MGX is fairly priced at 60-65c. So I think even long term bearish views on IO still make this a reasonable play. Though I must admit I am not interested in this company long term, the Chinese on the board worries me. Do they really have shareholder value at heart ?
Questions worth pondering I think when truely valueing this company.
