The MQG options are actually POSITIVE for shareholders at this price (22c) and do not nullify the numbers.
i.e. MQG to contribute $124 mill @ entry price of 30c per unit - this is 36% higher than current SP (if they take up options that is). This is HIGHER than current share price thus it will improve the NTA for all holders.
Not really relevent in the greater scheme of things, but still you need to be acurate when downramping..
