Are you kidding me??? The 30c option would not be excercised when the share price is 22c. If the share price stays at this level it resets the price value of the next capital raising. Most likely at a 10% to 40% discount to existing share price. Hence share price value is not a function of earnings x pe ratio, but rather the share price itself if a jumbo capital raising is needed. Higher share price = less dilution and more value. Lower share price = more dilution and less value. So now value is a function of the share price itself.
Confusing isn't it??? lol.
