What is also not factored in are any property sales that have occurred since the figures came out, which are more likely to be close to book value (rather than the 65% fire sale price). This improves the debt/assets ratio slightly again. Unfortunately, this is still a company with some difficult times ahead, but with any luck we diehards will get some value over the next couple of years.
