I still think the least disruptive scenario for shareholders
to raise capital would be for an Aussie company
(such as Walker family or Twiggy both into early
stage biotechs) to take a large equity in PAR.
Surely they would be tempted. The biggest
stumbling block I feel would be Rennie’s ego.
He would lose effective control of the company.
Once we had the backing of such an entrepreneurial
entity raising extra capital would be so much
easier. You may say we are not early stage, but
management is carrying on like one.
