you are manic... one day perfect, next day the world is ending... things take time... they have disclosure obligations... they were confident, but, never say never with the fda... a deal isn't 100% assured, i'd be happy with debt funding and small regional deal if it could be obtained, leave bigger USA/european deals until later if it meant optimising our SH return... but, none of these can be rushed.... and if you went to a funder without known knowns they'd laugh at you...
the announcements was only 2 weeks ago... you're worrying yourself like it was months ago...
