H@JamesTas, that's not making sense to me. We can't get P3 underway without a deal. We simply don't have the money. They are not going to start a P3 knowing they can't pay for it. That would put us in an even more desperate position for cash and a weaker negotiating position. It would also be very reckless corporate behaviour.
