The major hurdle for a deal could well be PAR don't actually own the molecule so of course any partner would want a huge discount because of that.
As we know the management team of one is pretty stubborn and we are now in the unenviable position of running out of funds.
They will not want to go to the AGM without any deal as that would be the end of them, they might capitulate and take what they once deemed a low ball just to survive.
