Hopefully funds will be received silsol by tomorrow, yet the possibility of yet another extension or even a withdraw from the funding agreement is also possible.
Re: a takeover being a better prospect by Quay ( the farmee), due to the current MC (~8 mil) - it would need approval ( extraordinary meeting) by the major shareholders - by that time the offer? would be known to the public (ASX announcement), whereby the MC would rise ( toward the proposed offer) beyond the current $8 mil (imo).
