the assets are the key importance in retrospect, I believe even with these setbacks IPB will secure funding. the outside party from the Middle East (speculation) may be trying to re negotiate the deal In theory but doesn't necessarily mean that funding won't be achieved. after all isn't it in their best interests as well? it's just a shame that they jumped the gun with Ann before they were certain that the funding was secured.
