that post makes zero sense . just because cup and handles are a strong reliable signal - doesnt mean thats the pattern that will always occur in bull move
there are flags, penants, descending wedges etc that are all bullish continuation/consolidation patterns
you're also posting on one particular time frame - pull different timeframes you sometimes see different patterns.
