Yes it appears that the market has been well and truly desensitized to any new PLT announcements re additional distribution agreements with the only thing driving the share price now being hard sales followed by cash received by those sales.
Watch out for Appendix 3B's re options exercises as they will be a leading indicator of shares hitting the market
