PK - Do you not think that the Derma is a good safety net for MXC - so it can keep funding the MM side of business (as you said this is the core business - the reason MXC exists)?
Selling Derma would provide a one off windfall but nor selling it would give a constant revenue stream.
Are you not confident that the derma products can sustain enough exposure in the market place over time?
I can see the benefit of getting the funds from the sale of derma but it would mean that MXC would have to be very confident that it could grow (no pun intended) its MM business substantially over three years to make up for the loss of derma revenue.
