re: value creation .. not value destruction Looking at the way Nexus was managed , the share price appreaciated tremendously over 2-3 yrs ... well managed ... bought Crux fro A$12m then sold to shell for A$53m
This is what i call value creation. Compare with DLS the directors are practising value destruction .... issue shares at a discounted price. also the directors are not working as hard as those in Nexus.
Maybe it istime to change the directors ... PK should go
Look at Ian ( Nexus ) , the share price appreaciated from less than 10c to now more than 1.30
I hope the incoming new directors can create value !
