the market sensitive information is that negotiations are in proghress, not that they can be undertaken with industry players etc. The issue being the specific confirmation of an event in progress, not a possibility or maybe.

I consider that such an announcement would double the NKP price overnight.

For purposes of LF 3.1 there is no definition of "material", however a rough rule of thumb is approximately + or - 5% of the share price or EPS.

Now I am definitiely going back to watching:)
