    For me to re- enter, i will be waiting for news from the company... Going on the past, the market will know before an ann is out, the price will reverse and climb, then bang anm will follow a few days later. ( Informed market lol)

    It is less about SP for me... if i was to miss the JV ann and the price ran to $1 in one day, it would not worry me too much.

    If the above happened i would still buy , with a JV in place the stock is de- risked.

    with a JV, i would buy and put NKP in the bottom draw,
