That is saying that they intend to get that done at some future juncture (like listing on a premium exchange at some time in the future).
My question is simple: HAVE they made the application to the ATO for the Demerger Tax Ruling. Advent indicates they have but has not provided a link to be scrutinised.
I have emailed the company and they have NOT said that they have made the ATO application yet.
The company has made 24 ASX announcements since demerger (that is basically 1 per week since demerger on the ASX announcements platform). Is there a single mention of having already made the Tax Ruling Application in those 24 announcements?
I hope that there is a mention somewhere and I have missed it.
