How about you step us through each of those elements and see if you have anything coherently convincing above your usual mud slinging methodology. Don't rely on the MO of the MO as gold standard, because it doesn't make the cut. Provide some facts, not wishful, speculative nonsense.

As an alternative argument, there are 10,000 shareholders who have motivation to repel the donkey sh!t spun incessantly by those who don't hold, pretend to have zero vested interest (either financially or personally) and accessibility to do so. 10,000 individuals!
