@TDB Post #: 64161998 Your intended relevance? This is not the first time you have posted this and you appear to think that this is a done deal and must be true since ASIC has said it. ASIC does lose cases, or did you not know this?

I personally think the timing is interesting. Hoping to subtly prejudice the court possibly? I will watch this one with interest, but unless you didn't know - a person is innocent until proven guilty.
