Hey friend TDB.... thank you for the copy and paste of an otherwise incidental / minor case.

The most important word in the note is "alleged" ≠ to "guilty", which is something that some people get confused about.

That's ok, its just a simple comprehension issue, nothing that's not cleared up with an actual ruling, which is yet to be determined, just so we know the sequence of events and don't skip to far ahead of ourselves.
